Yes, you can change your subscription plan at anytime. Any changes must be made one day before your next subscription date to be reflected on your next order.

Each plan is limited to 2 per item.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime within your billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your next subscription order, please make sure you contact us or cancel by logging into your account before the billing date.
When will I be charged every month?
You will be charged on the day you sign up, and on the same day monthly for your subscription orders. We usually ship out the following business day.
Are there any shipping fees?
Shipping for One Price Subscription orders in the U.S. are free of charge. For orders to Canada, there is a flat rate shipping fee of US$20. For all other international orders, there is a flat rate shipping fee of US$40.
I have too little / too much product left so can I change my next subscription date?
Yes, you can change to 15 days before/after your original subscription date. Changes can be made by logging into your account.
What if I don't like a product that I ordered in my subscription plan?
Our goal is to find products that are best for you. Please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to exchange to an item of your choice. Each product can be exchanged only once per account. The new product will be delivered together with your next month's subscription order.
Can I return an item ordered in my subscription plan?
One Price Subscription orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
